Sweetened Whipped Cream

Instructions

  • 1. Freeze mixer bowl and whisk attachment or beaters for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Pour cream into chilled bowl/ Using electric mixer, beat on medium speed until starting to thicken. Add confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Increase speed to medium-high and whip cream to desired texture - softly billowing or firm enough to pipe in a pastry bag.
