Ingredients
- 1 c heavy cream, well chilled
- 2 T confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Freeze mixer bowl and whisk attachment or beaters for 5 minutes.
- 2. Pour cream into chilled bowl/ Using electric mixer, beat on medium speed until starting to thicken. Add confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Increase speed to medium-high and whip cream to desired texture - softly billowing or firm enough to pipe in a pastry bag.
- 3. *** Whipped cream will keep for hours in the refrigerator.
