Ingredients
- 4 T paprika
- 4 T browm sugar
- 2 T kosher salt
- 2 T cracked black pepper
- 2 T ground cumin
- 2 T chili powder
- 2 T dry mustard
- 2 T ground coriander
- 1 T cayenne pepper
- 1 pork butt or shoulder, 5 - 6 lbs
Instructions
- 1. 1. Mix dry ingredients
- 2. 2. Apply rub to pork with your hands, covering meat entirely
- 3. 3. Place in slow cooker, fat side up, & cook 3 hrs on high
- 4. 4. Turn pork over, add 1/2 c water and cook 3 hrs on low
- 5. 5. Remove meat and let rest 10 minutes. Pull meat apart.
- 6. 6. Serve on hamburger buns with coleslaw and/or barbecue sauce as desired.
