Pulled Pork

Instructions

  • 1. 1. Mix dry ingredients
  • 2. 2. Apply rub to pork with your hands, covering meat entirely
  • 3. 3. Place in slow cooker, fat side up, & cook 3 hrs on high
  • 4. 4. Turn pork over, add 1/2 c water and cook 3 hrs on low
  • 5. 5. Remove meat and let rest 10 minutes. Pull meat apart.
  • 6. 6. Serve on hamburger buns with coleslaw and/or barbecue sauce as desired.
